“Every year, I support my favorite charity.
This year I was able to give much more because I used My Broker Donates to buy my new home.
It was just like any other real estate transaction, except when the sale closed, a donation was generated out of my agent’s fee. And now my agent is getting new business from MBD.
If you love a non-profit and you’re buying or selling a house, call My Broker Donates first.”
His 32 years as a real estate professional and his commitment to helping non-profits led Jack to the My Broker Donates concept. He’s a licensed California real estate broker (#00470025) who served as managing broker for two successful Marin County, CA start-ups. His deep experience at the junction of real estate and the Web also resulted in the creation of seven successful lead-generation portals in California, Nevada and Hawaii. He served as a director for six years at the California Association of Realtors® and seven years at the Marin Association of Realtors®, with one year as president. The idea for My Broker Donates crystallized for Jack after he successfully negotiated real estate transactions for non-profit clients and followed his instinct to help them even more. Along the way, he raised $150,000 for the Marin Workforce Housing Trust, and donated over $25,000 to EAH Housing of California and Hawaii. Now Jack is dedicated to changing the world, starting with the way non-profits raise money.
