What They Are Saying

image

“Every year, I support my favorite charity.

This year I was able to give much more because I used My Broker Donates to buy my new home.

It was just like any other real estate transaction, except when the sale closed, a donation was generated out of my agent’s fee. And now my agent is getting new business from MBD.

If you love a non-profit and you’re buying or selling a house, call My Broker Donates first.”

We may send messages about new services offered by My Broker Donates,  but you can turn these off.
We will never disclose your personal information without your permission.
We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with a third party, especially your email addresses and phone numbers, without your express permission, unless required by law.

We give you full control over your information, including the ability to delete it from our system.

You can update your account information and preferences at any time. You can destroy your account when you choose.

We will only access your personal information when:

We will protect your information from other users.

Nobody can see the information you have given us. We will only release it with your approval; for example, to introduce you to a broker.

We may sell, rent or share information about user habits in aggregate only.

We will never do so in a manner that could even remotely be individually identifiable.
For example, we could collect and share information like “”in what cities do most of our users live?”  but we would NOT share information like “where do you live?”

What information do we collect?

Personal:

Name, email addresses, phone numbers, password
All passwords are stored on our server in encrypted form - not even we can tell what they are! If you lose your password, we will generate a new one and send it to you.

Optional:

Gender, date-of-birth, zip code
These help us gather demographic information on our users. We may also share this information in the aggregate only. See above.

Transactions:

General information about homes purchased and sold.
We are interested in our results in general, not actual transactions. The information we store about home sales activity between people is strictly informative, and carries with it no actual specific data.

Usage:

Activity, traffic, and error logs
This data helps us monitor MyBrokerDonates.com’s health, telling us in general what interests our customers and what doesn’t, and diagnose errors and slowness issues when they crop up.
